pave-IR asphalt infrared temperature monitoring system appearance on the "lean construction, intelligent leading the future" driverless intelligent asphalt paving and compaction construction technology exchange meeting

 

On December 3, 2019, the "lean construction, intelligent leading the future" driverless intelligent asphalt paving and compaction construction technology exchange meeting was held in Zhujian road reconstruction project in Shanghai. The construction site is driverless intelligent asphalt paving and compaction construction equipment and complete set of technology jointly developed by road and bridge group, Sany and Shanghai Beidou Satellite Navigation Platform Co. At the construction site, the driverless asphalt paver pushes forward according to the predetermined route, and evenly paves the asphalt mixture used for road construction on the ground. Two driverless rollers follow closely and repeatedly roll the newly paved road surface.

                           

 

 

 

In other intelligent aspects, the unmanned driving adopts the pave-IR asphalt infrared temperature monitoring system of MOBA, which can realize the monitoring of the whole paving site's road temperature, real-time wind speed, pressure, humidity, paver's moving speed and the real-time temperature of the hopper and mixing cage asphalt mixture, so as to truly realize the monitoring of the whole construction process.

         

 

                          

 

Although this driverless construction is only 100 meters long, it has ushered in a new era of driverless scene construction of pavement machinery, boosting the road construction to step into a new intelligent and driverless step, and digital construction technology has been more and more applied in the field construction, which is enough to give us a vision for the future.
