An "eco-city", "sustainable city", different in name, same in meaning. Encapsulating every environmentally-safe, salvaged, recycled means, well-planned and implemented...Result...a City is Born. But, A city not just born, a well- developed, cultivated and maintained city, filled with people who have made a conscientious decision to live there....a commitment to a lifestyle, definitely a "different" way of living, that comes with this "territory".

Find below, key components to these cities. Keep in mind, not optional, but mandatory. These cities are prestigious in nature, though mostly located in urban areas.
