Intelligent paving gps settings

is there a way to change the gps recording plane to a UTM zone instead of the factory default on the Moba pave-IR module? also is are we able to convert already recorded data in either pave manager or veta to a the same UTM zone? My company is part of a pilot test group for our states IR and IC construction and our spec book requires all recorded data to be submitted through a Veta project file and must be recorded in UTM-15N gps coordinate plane system.
