Formerly established by the Machinery Ministry of China in 1989 and held every other year since then, Beijing International Construction Machinery Exhibition & Seminar (BICES) has grown from what was originally a domestic new products and new technology show to be one of leading international trade fairs for construction, building and mining machinery in Asia.
