In July a high innovative jobsite took place on the german Autobahn A2.
The consctruction company showed what currently is possible on an asphalt jobsite.

MOBA's Pave-IR as well as several other innovative technologies were used to improve the road building process. Asphalt temperature was one of the key factors and the thermal profiling showed a lot of new experiences and cognition which would not be possible to visualize without the help of a thermal documentation tool like Pave-IR.

The full documentation of the thermal profile together with all other data (like machine speed, position, time, single temperatures, ambient conditions, etc.) lead to a very comprehensive and quick analysis of the job. Small differences in machinery or logistics can be clearly allocated and reasonable conclusions can be drawn to improve the whole jobsite process and with that, at the end, the quality of the asphalt road.
