Today, a forklift is one of the most important internal means of transportation. For an effective use of your machinery, it is required to use optimized transport routes without unnecessary empty trips or detours. The MOBA forklift weighing system LTS is the solution for this task. If you equip your forklift with a scale, you eliminate for example the way to stationary scales in your production hall.

Another advantage is the loading of trucks or other transportation vehicles: The transport capacities are optimally utilized, and there will be no vehicles overloaded anymore. No security risk and less penalties due to overloading.

Even in the foundry industry, the forklift weighing system LTS is used. The liquid material is filled in the converter at the blast furnace. For the finishing, other materials need to be added. The ingredients have to be added in a prescribed proportion to the melting. Therefor you need an exact working and robust scale.

The LTS forklift weighing system is working with special load cells, based on DMS-Technic (strain gage). By lifting a load,an electric signal is converted to a value, easily readable on your display in the drivers cabin. Also if you want to add loads (for example during measuring out or picking), the system shows the values and reacts very precise.

Our measuring plate is designed for all standard forked supports. So you have the possibility to support every fork lift truck without doing any changes on the machine itself.
